ACALA was born from sommelier Martynas’ dream to create an alcohol‑free drink as refined and complex as wine. When his wife became pregnant, he noticed how few options truly felt gastronomic, sparking his search for a sparkling tea that offered depth, elegance, and real sensory pleasure.
That search led to an artisanal sparkling tea made through natural fermentation, rare berries, herbs, and carefully selected teas – without additives. Each blend is refined over months, down to the molecular level, resulting in layered aromas and a rich, expressive taste that elevates any culinary moment.
