As November settles over Tallinn, the evenings grow longer, the streets glisten with rain, and the city slowly retreats into the warmth of its intimate spaces. What better way to embrace the melancholy of autumn than with a glass of something extraordinary and the romantic sound of a piano?

You are warmly invited to an intimate evening where carefully crafted alcohol-free drinks meet the emotional world of romantic piano music. In collaboration with Nullijook, Tallinn’s pioneering space dedicated to elevating the world of alcohol-free drinks, we bring together taste, emotion, and musical storytelling in a celebration of November’s quiet beauty.

Throughout the evening, you will enjoy three exceptional non-alcoholic drinks, thoughtfully selected by Nullijook to complement the atmosphere of the season. Sietse from Nullijook will introduce the story, craftsmanship, and flavors behind each drink. As you savor each pour, composer and pianist Arashk Azizi will translate its character into a live piano poem, blending pre-composed musical ideas with spontaneous improvisation.

This time, the musical journey will embrace the romantic and emotional side of the piano: tender melodies, nostalgic harmonies, moments of longing, and the bittersweet beauty of melancholy. Inspired by the expressive traditions of Romantic music, each performance will unfold as a small, intimate story, shaped by the flavors in your glass and the atmosphere of a rainy November evening.

An evening of artisan cheese, exceptional drinks & a big table to gather around.

We’ll explore four of Helène’s Vegan Kitchen handcrafted, fermented cashew cheeses, each served with bread, alongside five carefully selected alcohol-free drinks from Nullijook. And, of course, we’ll finish with a delicious cashew-based cheesecake and a bubbly drink.

Forget the idea that alcohol-free drinks are just juice. These carefully crafted beverages have their own aromas, acidity, complexity, and character.

Inspired by the art of food and wine pairing, each combination has been thoughtfully chosen to explore how flavours complement one another, balance richness, and bring out unexpected notes in both the cheese and the drink.

No special knowledge needed. Just curiosity and an appetite for good food!

A little tip : Come hungry! We recommend avoiding a large meal beforehand so you can comfortably enjoy the whole tasting.
