Cul Sec

Cul Sec is a Dutch producer redefining wine without alcohol. By combining winemaking craft, botany, and fermentation, the team creates layered, grape-based cuvées with texture, minerality, and depth.

Instead of dealcoholization, Cul Sec builds structure through fermentation, maceration, and careful aging. Organically and biodynamically grown grapes meet hand-harvested herbs, woods, seaweed, minerals, and even oyster shells, resulting in precise no/low drinks with fine bubbles and a clear sense of terroir. Founded by siblings Emile and Mélanie after their father stopped drinking, Cul Sec preserves the joy and complexity of wine while working with regenerative farmers across Europe. Each bottle is a living composition and a new expression of terroir in the glass.
