Omniva Parcel Machine
- Availability: Service is offered across Estonia, 24/7.
- Package Size Limits: Orders can be packed into a maximum of 3 boxes, with combined dimensions not exceeding 38 cm x 39 cm x 64 cm.
- Multiple Packages: If items do not fit into one package, you may order multiple packages or use the Omniva courier service.
- Delivery Process:
- Goods are delivered to the Omniva parcel machine of your choice.
- You will receive an SMS with a door code once your package arrives.
- Enter the code on the machine’s touchscreen, and the correct door will open.
- Packages are stored for 7 calendar days from the date the code is sent.
- Important Notes:
- Omniva does not deliver on national holidays, which may cause delays.
- In addition to the code, you must insert your ID card at the parcel machine.
- Goods can be retrieved daily between 10:00–22:00.
Order Cancellation & Company Rights
Nullijook OÜ reserves the right to cancel a sales contract without penalty and not deliver goods in the following cases:
- Buyer is under 18 years old (by law, also applies to our non-alcoholic products).
- Payment has not been received in Nullijook OÜ’s bank account.
- The chosen delivery method cannot be applied to the products ordered.
- Product price or features were displayed incorrectly due to a system error.
- Goods are out of stock.
Customers will be notified by email or phone in all such cases. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the prepayment will be refunded.
Cancelling Your Order
- Orders can be cancelled by contacting info@nullijook.ee before goods are dispatched.
- Once goods have left the warehouse via courier or parcel post, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns Policy
General Rules
- Incorrect or defective goods must be reported immediately upon receipt to info@nullijook.ee.
- Replacement is possible with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Return costs for defective/incorrect goods are covered by Nullijook OÜ.
Returns by Agreement
- Returns are only accepted with written agreement between both parties.
- Conditions:
- Products must be unopened and in undamaged packaging.
- Boxed or cased products must be returned sealed.
- Beverages sold in cases cannot be returned if opened.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Contact customer service at info@nullijook.ee for assistance.
Delivery Shop Information
- Order Fulfilment: Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. If delays occur, we will notify you.
- Shipping Origin: All orders ship from Estonia.
If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived
Before contacting us, please:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for address errors.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
If the address was correct and the package is missing, contact us at info@nullijook.ee with your order number. If the address was incorrect, we can resend your order, but shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Orders & Tracking
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
- Damaged/Wrong Products:
- Report within 7 days to info@nullijook.ee.
- Include photos, your order number, and details.
Refunds
- No general returns or exchanges are offered.
- Refunds are only available if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged.
- To request a refund, email info@nullijook.ee with photos and order details.
