We specialise in premium alcohol-free drinks, including alcohol-free proxy wines, dealcoholised wines, sparkling tea, spirits and kombucha. Everything is carefully selected to offer great flavour without the alcohol.

Non-alcoholic drinks are generally made using one of the following methods.
1. Dealcoholizing a traditionally fermented wine

Used mainly for non-alcoholic wines. A regular wine is produced first, and the alcohol is then gently removed through technologies such as vacuum distililation.

2. Producing the drink without fermentation

It is common for non-alcoholic spirits. The flavour is built from botanical distillates, extracts, and other ingerdients, while ensuring no alcohol forms at any stage.

3. Crafting proxy wines

Proxy wines are not dealcoholised wines. Instead, they’re created from culinary ingredients – teas, fruits, spices etc. Blended to recreate the structure, acidity, tannins and complexity of wine without relying on alcohol or traditional winemaking. Some producers also incorporate fermented teas (such as kombucha or lightly fermented infusions) to add natural acidity, texture, and depth, while still keeping the final drink alcohol-free.

Most of our drinks contain 0.0% alcohol, and some may contain up to 0.5% ABV. In Europe, beverages with 0-0.5% ABV are legally considered alcohol-free, as this level is comprable to naturally fermented foods like kombucha, kefir, or even some fruit juices. Trace amount of alcohol can occur naturally during fermentation, even in everyday foods like bread or vinegar. We always list the exact ABV on each product page so you can choose what feels right for you.

Yes – you can order all our alcohol-free drinks directly through our online shop. We ship across Estonia using Smartposti, and you can also choose free pickup from our physical shop at Marati tn 4a/1, Tallinn, Estonia.

Orders are processed from Thursday to Sunday. If your order is placed on Monday or Tuesday, it will be handled on the next fulfillment day. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Yes, we offer alcohol-free tastings where you can explore a curated selection of our products. These events are a great way to discover new flavours, learn about alcohol-fre edrinks and meet others who enjoy mindful drinking. Our tasting events take place in-store on selected dates. We also offer private tastings for groups, celebrations, team events or anyone who wants a personalised alcohol-free experience. Private tastings can be tailored to your preferences and booked in advance.

Our alcohol-free shop is located at Marati tn 4a/1, next to Põhjala Tehas in Tallinn. We’re open Thursday to Sunday from 12-18.00.
