ARENSBAK – Red

ARENSBAK Red is an alcohol-free red wine alternative that offers a dry and full-bodied taste experience. Made from fermented Yunnan Shu Pu’erh tea and kombucha, it naturally carries rich, grounding flavors that give the drink its distinctive character. A kombucha base provides structure and liveliness, while a second fermentation introduces chokeberries, black currants, sour cherries, and mushrooms, adding both fruit intensity and a pronounced umami dimension.

Infusions of juniper berries and licorice round out the palate, creating a full, textured mouthfeel. Gentle oak aging enhances tannins and brings balance and elegance to the overall profile.

It is equally enjoyable on its own or paired with food – particularly creamy polenta with mushrooms, miso-glazed eggplant, or grilled dishes.
