Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the sunny vineyards of southern Spain, the base wine is traditionally vinified and then gently dealcoholised in Germany. Thanks to vacuum distillation with aroma recovery, it retains its delicate notes of green apple, citrus and a subtle brioche nuance, all carried by a lively perlage and balanced freshness.
